I am a deeply empathetic and intuitive Person-Centred Counsellor, known for creating a space where people feel truly safe, heard, and seen. Described as a “safe space” myself, my empathy wraps around clients like a soft blanket, allowing them to share even the stories they thought they could never tell.
I became a counsellor because I have lived through a lot of moments that have profoundly challenged me and I know what it’s like to hit rock bottom. I share my experiences openly, believing in the power of hope, connection, and honest conversation to inspire others. With a dry wit, a big heart, and a fearless voice, I’m not afraid to speak truth, whether it’s about mental health, spirituality, or life’s messy, beautiful realities.
I have a lot of experience in working with women who have experienced childhood sexual trauma, I’m also passionate about improving support for men in the areas of sexual trauma and mental health, an area I believe is still too often overlooked.
Becoming a counsellor not only transformed my career but also my life. I continue to work for the charity where I completed my counselling placement, as well as establishing my own private practice.
My approach is relational, non-clinical, and led entirely by the client, at their pace, in their truth. I walk alongside each person with empathy, patience, and care, whether they’re navigating trauma, anxiety, grief, or simply feeling lost. There is no judgment, no pressure, just a genuine commitment to meeting people exactly where they are.
I’m a lifelong learner, a lover of books, nature walks, the moon, and quiet moments of solitude to recharge my social battery.
